职位描述

Responsibilities：
• Optimize manufacturing partners performance in visual yield improvement
• Interact with manufacturing partners to provide visual defect breakdown and first level analysis (potential cause of high fallout for top 80% of defect pareto)
• Enhance existing visual defect tracking system to provide more precise defect breakdown details
• Product visual defect excursion & abnormal issues review, drive containment and corrective actions
• Co-work with manufacturing partners on product visual defect low yield issues analysis
• Analyze visual defect root cause analysis & CAPA with relevant AMD teams & manufacturing partners
• Establish systematic process mapping framework for NPI/LVM baseline setup and HVM process performance monitoring (early detect any performance drift)
• Through collaborative partner interactions, drive continuous process improvements and consistent adoption of Best Known Methods
o Co-work with manufacturing partners on visual defect review for evidences of over/under rejection
o Co-work with manufacturing partners to analyze product visual performance difference between products
• Generate statistic between sites to identify (i) processing gaps and sharing of good practices & (ii) defect commonalities for design review (Material, Test Flow, Hardware, Insertion Ratio, etc.)
• Site specific engineering contact to support on evaluations
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications & Experiences：
• Degree in Engineering (relevant) with preferred ＞ 6 relevant years’ experience or equivalent
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing process & Experience is Trouble Shooting/Maintaining machines.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, Internal & external at all levels.
• Team player and ability to work independently and with supporting groups to provide solution
• Knowledge of statistical process control and analysis
• Proactive, flexible and problem solving attitude
• Experience is Preparing reports /Presentation and ability to communicate Root cause and Resolution effectively
• Fluent in both spoken and written English & Chinese
