Sr. Recruitment Professional

Job Descriptions:

1.    Perform recruitment activities in accordance with company’s internal hiring process and procedures. These activities include job advertising, CV screening, candidate interviewing, candidates selecting & ranking, interviews arranging, offer negotiating, offer approval, candidate’s reference checking, candidate’s on boarding and termination, etc
2.    Deliver weekly recruitment status report and other reports on time and accurately
3.    Maintain an up-to-date recruitment database and standardize job description for all positions
4.    Manage talent relocation and internal transfer activities
5.    Collect and analysis the market information and give related solutions to business on talent acquisition
6..    In charge of some TA projects and collaborate with global/division teams
7.     Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications:

1.    Bachelor degree with major in human resources or related field
2.    At least 5 years working experiences in recruitment function, Hi-tech industry is preferred
3.    Demonstrate experience understanding business requirements and priorities, design right hiring strategy/plan and execution in order to achieve company’s business objectives
4.    Demonstrate experience working with internal partners, senior level managers and external vendors
5.    Proficient in English
6.    Highly initiative, hardworking, self-motivated, result orientated and team player
7.    Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
8.    Good command of Microsoft Office, be familiar with PeopleSoft system is preferred
