- BSEE degree
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in board-level (PCB) analog and mixed-signal design, tests, and applications against system level specifications
- Ability to design and integrate board-level audio or related analog and digital functional blocks in hardware and software
- Good understanding of TDMA & EMS related works in cell phone systems
- Tracking record of strong collaboration with engineering and product groups
- Fab process and failure analysis leading experience is a strong plus
