职位描述

  1. To formulate B.A.T. business development strategy and plan with PL/marketing & ODM/OEM account team and execute by focusing on but not limit to data center, artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicle, smart device and etc. 
  2. To initiate and boom business & technical engagement/cooperation with B.A.T. in focusing areas
  3. To assess new opportunities beyond existing products or applications, coordinate resources to address the potential areas to ensure long term growth
  4. To support Infineon partners to win projects in B.A.T. with system knowledge by understanding B.A.T. requirements
  5. To win and consolidate internal resources to support cooperation and business development
  6. To provide management and product lines with in-depth understanding of the customer and competition by collecting and analysing relevant intelligences
  7. To Identify key executives of B.A.T. and develop relationship with the key persons, manage communication with the customers at all levels
