Job Responsibilities:
1.       Responsible for SoC DFX (Functional DFT design) Architecture Design
2.       Responsible for defining SoC/IP functional DFT features
 
Job requirements:
1.       Strong knowledge of Functional DFT including debug chain, JTAG, and other DFT methodology
2.       Familiar with common UNIX utility such as Shell, Perl, TCL
3.       experience of SoC debugging related design is a plus
4.       experience of Debug silicon issues is a plus
5.       Knowledge of  ARM CoreSight is a plus
6.       Knowledge of DFT including scan, ATPG, BIST is a plus
7.       Knowledge of synthesis, STA is a plus
8.       Good English communication skills
9.       Self-motivated and good team player
