Contractor -Senior Program Management Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
1. Explore valuable projects and platform in focused universities in aligning with the business strategy deployment 
2. Design and develop programs under China University Strategy to support business development with strategic thinking and innovation
3. Drive through and manage whole project lifecycle from requirement collection, planning to deployment 
4. Deliver values to the divisions by liasing with multiple functions and business divisions
5. Working location in Shanghai

Qualification :
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. At least 8-year working experience in the MNCs, 
3. Proved experience in the marketing communcations is preferred
4. Proved experience in the project management is a must
5. Ability of managing diversified requirements & conflicts from multiple functions and sites
6. Strong interpersonal communications skills and detailed orientation.
7. Good team work play with strong sense of responsibility.
8. Excellent written, oral English and Mandarin, 

Experience:
1. At least 8-year working experience in the MNCs
2. Proved experience in the project management is a must
3. Proved experience in the marketing communcations is preferred
