Job Responsibilities
a. Define bounding box, correlation plan and execute profiling for new product
b. Implement and revise overall bounding box, profiling and correlation plan for new product introduction
c. Develop overall timelines for bring up, silicon characterization, sample generation, qualification and mock production.
d. Develop and maintain BOM, eMatrix and PDM for production ramp and production
e. Product yield analysis and improvement
f. Continuous improving testing coverage to ensure the product's quality and cost
g. Production test platform evaluation and qualification
h. Capable of establish model of different key parameters to define correlation model and profiling model
i. Train, develop and retain technical competency.
j. Plan and maximize available resources.
k. Other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
a. Experience with ATE ASIC testing
b. Experience with Verigy, Advantest is preferred
c. Knowledge in digital circuit, CMOS electronics
d. Awareness on system/board level testing
e. Familiar with wafer process or device tuning
