Responsibilities
The Senior Technical Support Engineer, as part of our Global Technical Support Team, will be responsible for resolving customer problems.
In this role, you will work closely with Synopsys Software Integrity Group developers and technical support staff to provide high-quality technical support on Synopsys software products to our customers (some of the world’s brightest developers and software architects).
- Focus on Customer Experience, enjoy fast-paced, energetic environment
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years working experience in development or technical support
- Java and/or C/C++ programming experience.
- Linux/Unix development experience.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
- Static analysis product using experience such as Coverity (optional)
- Visual Studio/GCC (Eclipse/Android Studio) using experience (optional)
- Jenkins/SonarQube/SoapUI/LDAP/FlexNet using experience (optional)
