Job Responsibilities
1) Hiring support working with each department. Assist in developing our most valued employees as an HRBP does;
2) Assist HR manager to manage and maintain the daily China HR operations, including employee relationships, offboarding process, time-off management.
2) Handle monthly China payroll updated from CDP and coordinate the payroll file
3) Liaise with labor agency for managing the employee entry and exit, social insurance and housing fund and labor law consultation.
6) HR projects assigned by the HR manager, in terms of culture building, performance management, technical ladder etc.
Position Requirements:
1) At least 4-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience within the MNC companies in a very fast-paced environment. The experience in high-tech industry is a plus.
2) Bachelor’s degree preferred with a strong academic record.
3) Excellent Mandarin and English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
4) Expert level user at Microsoft office tools especially for Excel and Powerpoint.
5) Work and learn with agility and flexibility.
6) Excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills.
7) Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
