企业融资高级经理/总监

Job Title – Sr. Manager/Director of Corporate Finance（企业融资高级经理/总监）
Report to – VP of Finance
Job Location – Beijing
 
Roles and Responsibilities
 
1.      Develop and manage relationships with government investors and industry investors;
2.      Develop financial market, communicate with target investors, and establish diversified financing channels
3.      Analyze financing environment and formulate financing strategy;
4.      Manage production of project proposal and business plan;
5.      Lead execution of fundraising projects;
6.      Maintain strong understanding of business and strategy, financial results, industry trends, and operational developments;
7.      Assist VP of Finance in other special projects
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
 
1.        More than 8 years’ experience in corporate finance or investment community, treasury or IPO experience is a plus;
2.        Deep knowledge and excellent analytical skills in finance and investment area;
3.        Ability to successfully manage projects in a fast-paced team environment
4.        Mature and excellent Interpersonal skills;
5.        Good command of both English and Chinese
6.        Relevant financial Degree, CFA chartered holder or MBA is preferred;
