HMI Application manager

We are looking for an energetic entrepreneur with HMI experience to enable rapid market adoption of focused application areas leveraging Infineon's existing RF , sensor & power technology. The successful candidate will have experience defining Human Machine Interface systems in end-equipment and/or developing Smart assistant devices; along with having a natural curiosity and ability to successfully lead idea sessions, projects and team. 

In your new role you will:
• Serve as an entrepreneur, setting the strategy and driving the execution to enable rapid market adoption of focused application areas leveraging Infineon’s existing leading RF, sensor and other Infineon technologies including radar, time of flight (ToF), MEMS based sensors, microprocessor and power products 
• Manage and coordinate projects for the development of innovative use case system platforms, eco-system partner engagements, new products & software concepts
• Define and complete complex projects based on customer/market needs while remaining mindful of time and budget targets as critical elements
• Lead a cross functional and multi-cultural team to achieve market readiness
• Leverage technical competencies of the complete system and work closely with system architects to define the strategy and requirements including identifying and managing the appropriate technology partners and 3rd party system design houses
• Champion success by driving the go-to-market strategy and execution of each project

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
• Entrepreneurial with natural curiosity and ability to lead idea sessions 
• Degree (BS/Master/PhD) in electrical engineering or computer sciences and 10+ years of industry experience
• Experience in any of the following disciplines: Defining Human Machine Interface systems in end-equipment: Developing Smart assistant devices (product development, system partitioning, system integration)Virtual/Augmented Reality, Lighting & Optics
• Experience with selection, configuration, and implementation of HMI’s
• Experience with a wide variety of components (e.g., audio, radar, sensors, vision systems, etc.)
• Organized with new business development mindset to move quickly
• Excellent writing and communication skills in Chinese and English
• Strong team player with ability to connect and engage with all levels
• Energetic, highly self-motivated, and detail-oriented with global mindset
