职位描述

Responsibility

1. Mass production quality status trace, VLRR collection, field performance tracking.
2. Solve customer urgent issue
3. Assist customer for failure analysis request
4. Assist HQ to collect customer/competitor information
5. Visit customers regularly and check customer status, solve customer issue, feedback customer inquiry
6. Keep communication with HQ and feedback HQ request
7. VLRR/FA/RMA management
8. Issue weekly report

Knowledge & Skill

1. Memory technical background (DRAM/SSD)
2. Customer support engineer experience plus

Other

1. Excellent communication skill with English
2. Willing to travel frequently
