Senior /Engineer - Quality Engineering （高级/质量工程师）

Mainly responsible for the quality control and improvement during product producing as well as to handle customer complaint for improvement.

In your new role you will:
1.Responsible for in-process quality control and customer complain handling to drive quality towards zero defect target. 
2.Responsible for both internal and external audit to identify area for improvement and follow up action items until full implementation. 
3.Handle deviation product and address root cause with team. 
4.Support on new product/material/machine buy-off, qualification and safe launch. 
5.Support on zero defect program or other plant wide improvement programs, as well as documentation. 

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1.Bachelor degree in engineering or computer/information science with at least 5 years working experience in quality engineering. 
2.Fluent in written and speaking English. 
3.Ability in organizing and coordination. 
4.High spirit of strive for continuous improvement and team work. 
5.Fast response and able to show ownership.
