Software Test Engineer

Job Family: Software Engineering
Job Title: Software Test Engineer
Working Place: Beijing

Position Description:

This position will be responsible for testing Firmware, Linux driver, OS and system application software running on Huaxintong’s ARM based processor targeting data center server market. The engineer will work in Huaxintong Software & System Group in Beijing.

Main Responsibility:

- Implement and execute test in Linux driver level, Linux OS level and application level.
- Analyze test result and work with development engineers to identify root cause of test bugs.
- Test cases and script management.

Required Skills:

- Minimum of 0-3 years of software development or test experience using Linux or UNIX operating systems
- Has interest in Linux kernel and application.
- Program skills in Python or Shell.
- Familiar with source code configuration tools such as git or cvs.
- Understand test theory and scripts development.
- Testing experience on device driver is a plus.
Education Requirement:

- B.S. or M.S. degree with major on Computer Science, EE or Automation, etc.
