客户质量工程师（电池管理系统）-BMS Product Quality Engineer
Support existing customers in resolving IC quality issues that they encountered during the lifetime of the BMS products.
Work with customer, field engineer, application engineer, product engineer and failure analyst to support BMS product analysis and drive technical solutions for customer complaints
Lead problem solving activities and provide plans and directions for quality improvements.
Create customer facing technical documents such as a 8D report, investigation report and quality review material.
- BS or MS in CS, CE, EE, ME or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge on BMS (Battery Management System) and New Energy Vehicles.
- Experience and knowledge with functional safety components and battery cells for automotive applications including integrated and distributed BMS.
- Hands-on experience with IC schematic design, circuit simulation and PCB layout is admired
- Self-motivated, persistent, with ability to interact effectively with cross-function team in a fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written in English
