Technical Marketing Manager

Candidate Responsibilities:

Design for Power Discrete in Automotive application in China. This task is requesting a strong competencies at product level involving technologies, product engineering and quality. Need to build a strong cooperation with Distributors, ST sales and DIV marketing/engineer/quality people, to support fast answer on product and applications. It’s also important to understand the china market requirement and trend in order to anticipate the demand and translating it into new NPP requests.


1. Application engineer/Technical marketing responsible of the ST Power Discrete in the Automotive market in China.

2. Capable to define new product specification as silicon definition and package to fit end customer application.

3. Strong cooperation with FAE and DIV AE for application support

4. Provide the technical support to internal/external customer according to relative priority, achieve design win and mass production, and shorten the time to market.

5. Co-work closely to the marketing/sales/distributor/partners/customers to maximize market share in the given customer by extending design in/win in other projects in the same customers.

Product promotion

Demand creation

Product benchmark with competition

Product training to internal sales and distributors PM/FAE/sales

New Product definition

Market survey and market trend analysis



Candidate Profile:

- 8Y experience on Technical Marketing or AE in power discrete

- Experience on Automotive application will be highly appreciated.

- Team work, good communication skill

- Good English reading/speaking/writing
