职位描述

In your new role you will:
1.Manage responsible IPC joint accounts with involving distributors to grow business in China
2.Develop joint account strategy in bluebook together with distributors engagement plan; Communicate & implement the strategical and tactical plan
3.Enable channel partners team for Infineon’s qualification & certification and regular evaluate the channel partners performance
4.Overall responsible & interface in alignment with respective RAM & BL team
5.Achieve sales target on revenue & business win with close tracking & regular forecast update
6.Hunt, identify and close new opportunities & projects with regular design review tracking activities
7.Make monthly report and visit report with customer feedback on product, application and intelligence development of the target market
8.Manage Marcom Events and Programs with distributors at joint accounts

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1.Bachelor/Master degree with E&E or Automation background
2.5+ years’ experience as sales or marketing of semiconductor industry in China 
3.3+ years’ experience on industrial applications or consumer applications such as Motor Control, home appliance, Solar, Low & High Power Drive, SMPS, Power transmission & distribution etc. Working experience on Power Semiconductors is a plus 
4.Proven successful sales track record 
5.Highly self-initiative, team-player, strong communication and co-ordination skill 
6.Good at writing and speaking in English 
7.Willing and be able to travel in domestic & overseas
