职位描述

Position: Implementation Engineer
Location: Beijing, China
Responsibility:
The successful candidate will participate in developing highly integrated, high performance and high precision ASSPs for communication, healthcare and industry markets. He or she will own the RTL2GDS implementation flow.

- Place & Routine
- Timing closure
- Power and IR drop analysis
- STA
- Physical Verification
- DFT

Requirements:
l MSEE in Microelectronics or EE related majors, equivalent degree/experience acceptable
l 6+ years related experiences.
l Hands-on experience in full-chip/block level synthesis, place and route, floor planning, timing closure, power and clock optimization and physical verification.
l Scripting skills in Perl and TCL
l Implementation experience on 40nm or above process node is strong plus
l Good initiative and motivation in a challenging environment
l Good spoken and written English
