职位描述
- Manage Backgrind, Dicing processes, monitor and improve process KPI’s.
- Familiar with process tools like FMEA, Lean 6 Sigma, JMP, 8D, process charts like box plot, bar chart.
- Exposure to materials/consumables selection and qualification for backgrind and Dicing.
- Optimize process capability through monitoring and control process performance indices such as Cpk. to meet operation needs.
- Troubleshoot process issues, establish CAS for procedures to be followed and work with other departments to create new recipes.
- Masters/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in wafer fab backend environment.
- Experience in chemical related fields preferred.
Engineer Industrial Engineering
This position will be located in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the industrial engineering needs and establishing/maintaining production tool capacity models.
- Accountable for accuracy of the tool inputs used for factory level capacity modeling.
- Monitor production tool performance capabilities and work closely with tool owner and manufacturing performance improvement plans.
- Ensure execution of tool CIPs to support committed short term & long-term capacity expansion plans. Communicate productivity requirements to Operations and drive commitments for closure.
- Drive & report tool availability & UPH gap closure to commitments on a timely manner.
Requirement
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Science. Other Engineering discipline will also be considered.
- 3 years' relevant experience in Semiconductor industry with understanding of capacity modeling and capacity/cycle time trade-offs.
- Good communication skills, analytical, problem solving skills and high proficiency in MS-office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project).
