Senior Engineer- Molding Material/Process

Responsible for Discrete /Module assembly process sustain and improvement, manage process and equipment related activities.

In your new role you will:

1. Responsible for daily operation activities in molding/Damfill process
2. Drive and lead quality/yield/OEE/Cost related improvement project or task in molding process
3. Coordinate with other function team to drive and lead assembly cross process improvement projects,
4. Manage and dispose abnormal issue in molding/damfill process
5. Responsible for molding process and equipment performance and problem solving to ensure production running smoothly
6. Standardize molding process specification and documentation, machine maintenance procedure and documentation
7. Interface with PQE/CQE and customer for FAR issue
8. Interface with R&D team to support NPI activities or material related research, etc.

1. Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical, Material or Electrical Engineering or other related areas
2. At least 8 years semiconductor process or equipment engineering
3. Experience of Die bond/wire bond, SMT, Molding or other semiconductor process
4. Experience of assembly machine maintenance and trouble shooting
5. Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, lean-sigma tools
