System Engineer

招聘目的
1. 协助对IC的系统验证，Validation Test at bench and Debug
2. Wireless charging system level design
3. IC Function Block Design
岗位协作
IC DE team, ATE team, Marketing team, AE team
主要职责
1. 定义芯片的验证计划，测试项目，搭建测试平台
3. 对市场竞品做benchmark，评估cost和优缺点
4. 开发测试系统，熟练使用schematic, PCB Layout工具等
5. 出具validation测试报告和其它相关application note等文档
6. Conducts design analyses or simulation of analog and/or digital circuits, with focus being on analog.
7. Performs review of design analyses to ensure correct calculations and methods were used with verified assumptions.
8. Modifies existing circuits or designs new circuits which efficiently meet product specifications and customer needs. Expected to develop novel solutions when required.
关键工作
1. 与ATE测试部门协助，分析ATE测试数据,搭建测试系统软件和硬件平台
2. 完成IC Validation Test Report
3. 作为『架构师』，定义客户板级的电源架构方案，准备高质量高性价比的系统方案。你要能从理论角度对研发的模型进行论证和仿真，给出最优设计参数和推荐器件选型；
4. 作为IC的定义者，配合IC designer，定义芯片的架构、功能、参数、封装等，验证IC的设计，为客户交付电源管理芯片的turn-key方案；
5. 搭建芯片应用电路，调试、优化方案，从成本、性能、可靠性等，诸多角度出发验证芯片的定义和设计。
岗位要求
1. 电力电子或微电子研究生以上学历，2020年毕业或者2019年毕业优先
2. 最好了解soft-switching拓扑或者无线充电方案；
3. 能独立分析、解决软件、硬件问题，并善于和应用、IC设计工程师沟通。
4. 能编写PC端软件可优先
4. PSPICE or Saber simulation packages and MathCad analysis software is preferred.
5. Experience with general lab equipment, oscilloscopes, function generators, network analyzers, etc
