Sr. Manager Field Sales Application Engineer

Job Title: Field Sales and Application Engineer

Position Description
In this role, He or she is responsible for driving design win for HXT’s server chip at customers or accounts. The successful candidate will set up both sales and technical strategies and work with internal link team to achieve both design win and revenue target at focused customers or accounts, be able to articulate HXT’s product value proposition and address customers’ concerns around HXT’s products, and build the highest level of customer satisfaction. He or she will also communicate with internal link teams including software AE team, product marketing team etc to provide customers’ feedback and some technical challenges around HXT’s server chip and ecosystem, to jointly resolve technical issues. He or She will be single interface between customer and HXT from sales and technical perspective, to be ears and eyes in the market place, fully understand competitive landscape as well as customer and market demand on HXT server chip.
 
Qualifications
Experience in sales and technical support in semiconductor industry (at least 5 years).
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Major in EE or telecommunication is preferred.
Be able to travel frequently.
