Product Marketing Manager for Onsemi + Maxim
The incumbent will report to the Regional Marketing Manager and working in conjunction with the Product Marketing group, the TSM organization and sales team to develop and manage the local strategic plan. He/she will act as a focus point for suppliers on all local activities, issues and their concerns.
To manage the evolution of supplier relations so as to ensure that the company is fulfilling and surpassing the suppliers ‘expectations.
To manage the effective application of internal and external resources so as to ensure our resale, MARCOM and design activity commitments to suppliers are met.
Prepare monthly updates for senior management.
※ Degree holder in Electronics Engineering or relevant disciplines
※ At least 5 years relevant working experience in electronic components industry. (For central and north china, base in shanghai for ST and will plus another line depends on company arrangement in the short future.)
※ Excellent knowledge of the electronics industry with particular emphasis on Product families, Asian market place and Supplier base
※ Good command of English (both written and spoken) and Chinese including Mandarin
※ Detail & result-oriented, good negotiation abilities
※ Aggressive, outgoing with good communication skill, able to take direction and work under pressure
※ Proficiency in computer skills
※ Frequent travel in China is a must
