高级产品验证工程师-电源完整性分析

We are looking for a signal integrity/power integrity engineer with 2+ years of experience in High Speed design. You will be responsible for testing and overseeing the quality management of our family of software products that deal with SI/PI design.
Resposibility：
1. Work within a global multi-functional team to review project plans and functional specifications, develop test criteria and write test plans, manually exercise and test functionality of the Allegro PCB SI/PI and Sigrity products
2. Develop automated tests within the existing test environment.
3. Maintain comprehensive regression suites for monitoring SI/PI analysis results
 
Requirements：
1. BS degree or MS degree with 2+ years SI/PI analysis related working experience
2. Understand test processes and methodologies in a software development environment
3. Good understanding of power integrity and signal integrity
4. Basic thermal analysis knowledge is a plus
5. Be familiar with Linux system, and scripting skills with TCL or Perl or Shell is a plus
6. Knowledge of PCB design, routing, and packaging is a plus
7. Having good analytical and problem solving skills is essential
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills, in English and Chinese are mandatory
9. Self-starter, self-sufficient, able to work independently as well as with teams, able to multitask
