Responsibilities

1. Implement and maintain IT infrastructure technology standards and processes that meet or beat corporate customers' requirements and expectations; 
2. Transition to operation new IT operations and improvements to IT services to satisfy corporate customers' needs;
3. Project manage and execute IT service enhancements and projects as assigned;
4. Provide senior level support for IT service delivery to the corporate end user according to service level commitments, corporate policy, corporate standards, and compliance requirements including: service request fulfillment; incident management; problem management; asset management; change management;
5. Meet or beat service level commitments as defined by management and end-users;
6. Maintain infrastructure services on a day-to-day basis. Assists in maintenance of 99.9%+ up-time for infrastructure systems;
7. Engineering services support in Linux environment;
8. Train and consult with end-users and management regarding IT services;
9. Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction;
10. Maintain and produces systems documentation in support of operations;
11. Perform duties as assigned by immediate supervisor;
12. Perform tasks necessary to complete performance objectives;
13. Assist team members as needed;

1. Strong knowledge of Linux (CentOS, SUSE, Red hat, Ubuntu);
2. Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2013 and supporting AD infrastructure;
3. Strong knowledge of VMware Enterprise products (ESX, vCenter, vCops, vMA);
4. Strong knowledge of various Storage Architecture (Block, iSCSI, NTFS, etc.);
5. Strong knowledge of Cisco IOS & network product;
6. Hands on experience implementing and supporting Highly-Available server infrastructure (Blade Chassis, Fiber Channel, etc.);
7. Experience administering and maintaining Linux/Windows networking services in a LAN/WAN environment;
8. Experience administering and maintaining LAN/WAN hardware and systems, i.e. switches, routers, wireless, etc.;
9. Strong analytical skills, ability to research and test solutions, strong planning and project coordination skills;
10. Solid knowledge of messaging, remote access services (RAS) and networked applications interoperability, and IT industry standards;
11. Strong written and verbal business communication skills;
12. Proficiency in both spoken and written English required;
13. Previous experience as a network or systems administrator (3-5 years minimum);
14. Prior project leadership/responsibility on larger Server, LAN / WAN IT-related projects required;
15. College education or related work experience required;
16. Current RHCE, MCSE, VCP, CCNP or equivalent certification desired;
17. Experience of EDA tools support preferred;
18. Experience in IC industry preferred;
