In your new role you will:

1. Be responsible for RF development of mmWave radar Work on mmWave Radar, , RF transceiver application, PCB design, RF simulation, EVB test and mmWave device verification
2. Provide customer support on mmWave RF transceiver, system applications
3. Understand characterization and definition of mmWave RF transceiver and mmWave radar, systems from customer
4. Support product marketing based on customer’s technical information and roadmap
5. Work closely with mmWave software engineers, regional marketing and sales colleagues
6. Drive joint developments with cooperation partners and distributors
7. Maintain and extend contacts with customers in China
8. Be application team management

1. A University degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Communication Technology or Microwave Engineering.
2. At least 8 years of work experience in the field of mmWave RF design and systems engineering
3. Leadership role especially for technical leadership to able to lead and drive
4. Experience with mmWave radar characterization
5. mmWave RF antenna design knowhow and HFSS Simulation
6. mmWave RF circuit design knowhow and ADS Simulation
7. Microcontroller, PLL, ADC/DAC know-how
8. Good oral English to communicate with headquarter’s engineers.
