Summary Job Description:
To guarantee the manufacture delivery and keep the production running favourably.
And communication bridge between operation of supplyier with O2's request.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
2. Follow up work order, keep monitoring production line status
3. Vendor management:
- work order control
- WIP management
- delivery schedule follow up
- Vendor capacity review.
4.Assist Oracle ERP system maintain.
5.Coordinate RMA and testing time negotiation.
6.On-site work with vendor, coordinate with vendor and O2 internal on others issue like physical accounting, reject scarping
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
1,College or Bachelor above in Logistics/Supply Chain/Material Management or other equivalent,being familiar with production of semiconductor industry, with at least 3 year Production Planning/Purchasing experience.
2,Familiar with semiconductor subcontract System and Oracle ERP system experience.
3,Be good at team work and interfacing with the other departments(sourcing ,quality etc.). Interpersonal skills with cross functional team.
4,Good sense in production coordination, good analytical and problem solving skills
5,Be diligent, proactive with good negotiation, communication skill.
6,Fluent English capability
