Marketing Manager

This position will serve as an entrepreneur, setting the strategy and driving the execution to enable rapid market adoption of focused application areas leveraging Infineon’s existing leading time of flight (ToF) products

In your new role you will:

1. Lead application team, sales team & business partners to manage projects for the development of innovative use case system platforms, eco-system partner engagements, new products & software concepts
2. Define and complete complex projects based on customer/market needs while remaining mindful of time and budget targets as critical elements
3. Lead a cross functional and multi-cultural team to achieve defined targets
4. Leverage technical competencies of the complete system and work closely with application team to define the strategy and requirements including identifying and managing the appropriate technology partners and 3rd party system design houses
5. Champion success by driving the go-to-market strategy and execution of each project

1. Entrepreneurial with natural curiosity and ability to lead idea sessions
2. Degree (BS/Master/PhD) in electrical engineering or computer sciences is preferred
3. 10+ years of industry experience is preferred
4. Marketing for mobile phone OEMs in China for 3D camera technology /Imager or/and camera modules and systems
5. Support of mobile phone OEM for camera/imager products with camera module manufacturers in China
6. Experience with selection, configuration, and market development of Time-of-flights systems, VCSEL laser illumination technology and camera optics.
7. Organized with new business development mindset to move quickly
8. Excellent writing and communication skills in Chinese and English
9. Strong team player with ability to connect and engage with all levels
10. Energetic, highly self-motivated, and detail-oriented with global mindset
