SW AE R&R
Engaging customers directly to provide SW technical support and influence customer during all phases of development cycle including feature definition, platform execution, and post launch
Replicating and debugging customer reported SW issues and work with PAE and SW developers to root cause and verify solution
Providing technical training, consultation, build and release drivers, and hands-on assistance to customer in areas of SW release plan, features, architecture, and technologies
