职位描述
Responsibility:
• DFT implementation include JTAG, MBIST, and scan;
• DFT verification test plan and testcase development;
• DFT design VC_LINT and CDC violation analysis, Spyglass check;
• DFT related timing constraints and STA check;
• Synthesize and Prephysical netlist LEC check;
Requirement:
• MS degree of EE with 3+ years working experience in DFT design or verification field;
• Familiar with DFT design and working model at JTAG IEEE1149, BC1500;
• Familiar with MBIST insertion and memory repair working strategy;
• Familiar with DFT verification debug and flow maintain;
• Can solve the simulation and flow issue independently;
• Can solve the scan insertion and DRC issue;
• Initiative and enthusiasm and good team player;
