Develop strategy, manage customer complaints, solve quality problem and provide support to customer queries to improve customer satisfaction.
In your new role you will:
1.Develop strategy for customer quality and service improvement;
2.Manage customer complaints. Serve the role of complaint manager in IFX complaint management process;
3.Provide support to customer queries related to quality;
4.On-site support for customer problem verification;
5.QM support for design-in projects. Resolve quality problem to achieve business win;
6.Quality marketing/training to customer;
7.Manage Customer visits and audits;
8.Lead or support taskforce for critical issue;
9.Regular KPI reporting.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1.More than 5 years of semiconductor frontend/backend/testing experience;
2.At least one year in quality related area;
3.Be familiar with semiconductor manufacturing process;
4.Be skilled in problem solving and related methodologies;
5.Be familiar with product quality;
6.Good communication skills;
7.Knowledge in automotive requirement and application are a plus.
