职位描述

工作职责:

  1. 处理电话,邮件,接待来咨询或整改的客户,以及来访的其他人员。为客户提供产品和价格咨询。
  2. 处理在线订单,跟进订单到款情况。
  3. 协助财务关闭已经过期作废的订单。
  4. 维持和客户的协议,并取得总部的签署。协议过期时负责更新。
  5. 负责所有客户样品和实验室相关物品的收寄工作。
  6. 时常联系客户,为客户介绍所有可能提供的服务,以此提高实验室的销售额; 跟踪并报告每月、每季度的销售额的变化情况。
  7. 其他在员工能力范围内的上级安排的工作。
Job responsibilities:
  1. Primary contact window for customers includes, phone, email, setup meetings for consulting engagements or technical issues. Support Simplay Labs visitors’ schedule and building access as required. Provide overall customer support for pricing and product inquiries.
  2. Process and close orders within online web base tool; reconcile payment issues with HQ revenue management team.
  3. Work with accounts receivables to collect and close-out old inactive orders.
  4. Maintain local ATC agreements and obtain approval for HQ; Follow-up on contract renewals as required.
  5. Manage and maintain shipping/receiving records for all customer devices. (samples, production models, new purchased equipment along with calibration return and replacement items)
  6. Drive Simplay labs revenue targets by making regular customer inquiries of new or future projects which can benefit from all of Simplay Labs services. Track and report revenue growth monthly/quarterly as compared to previous monthly/quarterly periods results.
  7. Any other duties the employee may be instructed to carry out by the board of directions from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the employee’s job position and work capabilities.
