职位描述

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Developing state of the art products that include op amps, comparators, band-gap, linear low-drop regulator, high-accuracy ADC, DAC, etc.
-Design layout floor-plan, and check the layout of IC blocks.
-Testing and characterization of IC blocks and chip.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
-Minimum BS/MS in Electronic Engineering
-More than 2 years experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design;
-Good knowledge in developing analog blocks under 55nm CMOS digital process;
-Familiar with Spectre simulation tools and hands-on experience in design analog circuits.
-Familiar with MATLAB, Verilog-A is a plus.
-Strong Communication skills, high level of intelligence, self-motivation and aggressiveness.
