Senior Engineer - Material Engineering

Mainly focus on epoxy tape and die attach material projects.

In your new role you will:
1.Find out and drive solution to improve stability, yield and reliability of the new material in collaboration with Regensburg Development.
2.Drive & implement cost reduction project through material 2nd source or localization.
3.Evaluate material variance caused impact on subsequent assembly process
4.Support on production stability, quality assurance and internal/external customer complain.
5.Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1.Minimum bachelor degree with engineering background and 5 - 8 years’ experience in semiconductor industry.
2.Material characterization and analysis knowledge and experience
3.Familiar with assembly process and equipment.
4.Solid knowledge of DMAIC, MSA, DOE, 8D, FMEA, control plan etc.
5.Systematic logic thinking and problem solving skill.
6.Enriched project management experience.
7.Strong communication skill in Chinese and English.
8.Good team work spirit.
