Probing Engineer

岗位职责：
1、By Dept. Manager’s instruction, set up well in task arrangement and training on entry-level personnel.
2、To set up the solution plan on abnormal products with Engineering and MFG Depts. to make product qualified. 
3、  To set up the testing program for device electric measurement and maintains.
4、To set up device electric parameter  for measuring and manage and analyze electric data.
5、To communicate with customers for technique support  to fulfill customers’ requirement.
1、在Dept. 经理的指导下，落实具体工作安排，及新进人员的具体培训
2、及时正确地完成与产品的制造和良率相关的各项工作。
3、联络工程及生产线部门制定货物异常解答的计划和寻求特殊制程的支持，以达到产品的顺利出货。
4、负责组件量测程序建立与维护
5、建立组件电性量测条件，整理及分析电性资料
6、协助优化量产工艺，提高产品良率。
7、具有良好的问题解决能力和团队协作意识。
8、熟知半导体工艺流程，对半导体器件、可靠性有一定了解。

任职要求：
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic, physics, material science, semiconductor or other related science and engineering majors.
2、5+ years’ experience in semiconductor Integration on Produce /Process/ Device
3、Good at leadership skills, judgment and decision-making ability, and interpersonal communication.
4、Fluent in listening, speaking, reading & written English.
5、Familiar with MS office.

2、具产品,整合,组件,Fab相关工作经历5年以上
3、良好的沟通及协调能力
4、能熟练操作办公软件
5、较好的英语能力
