Channel Development and Support Manager

Manage all distribution related programs and tools, analyse business trends and support strategy development to achieve business targets

In your new role you will:
1.Responsible to manage the Distribution and Joint Account Bluebook development 
2.Analyze on business development trends and provide analysis/reports to Management 
3.Responsible for yearly target settings 
4.Handle operational topics by facilitating discussions and aligning between Distribution Partners and Internal functions 
5.Manage Monthly Business Review with RDMs, Sales and Management 
6.Manage and improve Distribution Processes

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1.Degree in Business, IT or Electronics engineering is preferred 
2.5 years of experience in Semiconductor Industry ( preferably in Distribution business) 
3.Familiar with Semiconductor business operation and channel management 
4.Excellent business analysis, esp. on channel management related topics 
5.Familiar with Business Object 
6.Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) 
7.Fluent in Chinese and English (Spoken and Written)
