Design verification Director

岗位职责:
design verification lead for a high performance GPU; lead/drive chip level and block level design verification plan; define/develop verification environment; work with architects to understand architecture/u-architecture and develop test cases for functional coverage; use wide set of functional verification tools and platform, including emulator, to deliver high quality RTL for down stream ASIC flow; involved in pre-silicon/post-silicon debug.

任职资格:
"15+ year of experience in ASIC design company. more than 5+ years experience at A company in the past 10 years will be a plus.
Good management skill set to drive a project, lead a group of people (local and remotely); can horizontally drive other teams to accomplish assigned tasks; motive team member; set priority, trade off among many requests. Good communication skills.
Technical background:
Experience of Generating verification specifications; Determines test bench design and test cases; functional simulation, test planning, behavioral modeling, and verification coverage metrics.
Generates documentation for test plans, verification environments, and usage; Participate in evaluation and troubleshooting, debugging, running simulations
