Staff Engineer - Transfer and Conversion Management

Work with the team to achieve the objectives in terms of cost, quality, speed, stability, synchronization and innovation in the domain of technology transfers and conversions, with a focus on seamless transition to ramp-up.

In your new role you will:
1.Work with the team to achieve the objectives in terms of cost, quality, speed, stability, synchronization and innovation in the domain of technology transfers and conversions, with a focus on seamless transition to ramp-up.
2.Technical lead of cross-functional team to transfer the manufacturing of Infineon products at foundry partners till ramp-up
- achieve KPI targets in transfer timeline, quality, yield/cost and stability
- contributes to the resolution of technical and project problems when required 
- aids Project Manager in consolidating Project Management best practices and contributes to the body of knowledge.
- identifies, reviews and mitigates the risks for the project to ensure timely delivery. Performs systematic risk management.
- Implements improvements and best-known methods during transfer/conversion to achieve the goals in terms of stability, cost/yield and quality.
3.Align Silicon Foundry transfer projects to realize overall organizational goals for optimum cost structure
4.Develops and prepares people with the required skillsets for current transfers/conversions as well as for new unchartered challenges of the near and distant future

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1.Technical degree in Physics, Material Science, Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
2.Hands on experience in wafer fab from process integration, product engineering and customer service engineering. 5+ years semiconductor work experience is required. 
3.Technologies transfers and ramp experience is a must.
4.PMP (Project Management Professional) / IPMA Level D is desired
5.Leadership & Team Player.
6.Proactive attitude for new challenges and problem solving
7.Multicultural experience. 
8.English fluency is a must.
