职位描述
- Design, simulation and verification of analog circuits, especially in memory circuit.
- Supervise layout floor plan and design of IC blocks.
- Define specifications, architecture and create design document.
- Silicon test, characterization and lab debugging with test engineers.
- Knowledge sharing/Presentation within design team.
- Bachelor's degree or above in EE or physics, with a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
- Has analog circuit design experience. Experience in memory design is a plus.
- Strong lab experience on silicon debugging, good understanding on lab instruments.
- Ability to supervise layout floor plan and design.
- Good understanding of semiconductor and device physics.
- Proficiency of EDA design tools (Virtuoso, Spectre, etc).
