Engineer-Die Bond Equipment

Responsible for FOL DB equipment performance, problem solving and improvement projects to ensure operation excellence.

In your new role you will:
1.Responsible for daily operation activities in DB equipment
2.Manage and dispose production abnormal issue in DB process.
3.Work with other function team for continuous process and equipment improvement.
4.Standardize DB equipment specification and documentation.
5.Drive and lead assigned improvement projects. 
6.Responsible for knowledge transfer to other team members. 
7.Responsible for technician and production operator training and certification. 8. Responsible for EE KPI fulfillment(MTBA,UDT,Speed loss…)

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1.Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical, Material or Electrical Engineering or other related areas 
2.At least 5 years DB equipment engineering. 
3.Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, lean-six sigma tools 
4.Be able to use statistic tools for problem solving and further process improvement
5.Hands on experience of presentation of projects.
6.Fluent communication both in Chinese and English
