职位描述

Job description:

1.Knowledge of transmission line theory and electromagnetic field theory, such as reflection, crosstalk, SSN and power noise.
2.Experience in SI/PI simulation on DDR,PCIE, high speed serdes or other multi-loading syatem ;
3. ICC2, Innvous for IO/IP planning, placement, bump &RDL.
4. Knowledge of semiconductor circuit and package design.
5. Experience in 2D/2.5D/3D model extraction tool, candence/Sigrity is a plus.

Education/License:
BS is basic, MS is preferred

Working Experience:
2-5 years in signal integrity area, familiar with IO/IP planning and package design.

Professional Knowledge:
Strong Logic design and Semiconductor device physic background
Good English in both written and spoken
