职位描述

Act as a major interface towards internal customers to manage all types of requirements, e.g. Emergency delivery.

In your new role you will:
1.Global Call Centre service tickets management for related shipping points.
2.Monitoring the KPI of service tickets fulfilment.
3.Liaison with operations to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
4.Align with customer order fulfillment team to simplify / smoothen the operational fulfilment.
5.Manage logisitc reporting & notification and ensure on-time distribution to related stakeholders.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1.Bachaler degree from 4 years normal university 
2.Excellent command of English (listening, speaking and writing)
3.Strong communication skills, willing to work with people
4.Proactive, patient, detail oriented and self-motivated
5.Good at Microsoft office usage
