Production Section Manager

职位描述

1. Responsible for production daily operation, make sure order delivery on time, improve the quality of product, cost reduction, meet customer requirement.
2. Manage the production operations.
3. Production line management, enhance the productivity to make sure cost reduction.
4. Execute and achieve the goal of products and quality.
5. Execute the production project.
6. Responsible for performance of subordinate
7. To follow up other production related things.

• • Bachelor degree or above
  • 6 years working experience in related semiconductor production management
  • Fluency in English
  • Good at communication and cooperation
  • Have strong sense of ownership and team work sprit


 

1. 负责生产部高效运作，确保生产订单准时交付，提升产品质量、降低生产成本，提高客户的满意度；
2. 管控厂内之生产排程、交期及产量；
3. 负责产线作业之规划与管理，以提升产能降低成本；
4. 落实与达成公司下达的生产、质量、管理目标；
5. 负责落实生产部各处技改项目的实施并做好协调工作；
6. 负责所管辖人员的工作监督与绩效考核；
7. 公司安排的其他工作。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子类及工业工程类或相关专业；
2. 6年以上半导体工作经验；
3. 丰富的半导体封装测试生产、技术、品管管理经验优先；
4. 良好的中英文沟通能力；
5. 优秀的组织协调能力和团队合作精神；
