In your new role you will:
- Hold overall account responsibility for Goldwind, one of the most important accounts for IPC Greater China business;
- Achieve financial targets of revenue, design-win, forecast accuracy, as well as customer satisfaction goal;
- Develop, execute and optimize account strategies for sustainable & profitable growth through strategic 5-year sales plan “Bluebook” articulation and seamless executions; Present the plan in front of senior executive leave of Infineon.
- With thorough customer system understanding to initiate new product ideations and work with business development, application/product marketing and engineering teams at both Greater China and Head Quarter to incubate NPI projects;
- Work across Infineon business units to identify and fulfill cross BUs selling opportunities.
- Sufficient selling experiences in electronics, electrical, and/or semiconductor industry with a decent track record growing customer account; Experience of Goldwind as customer will be a plus.
- Excellence in communication in both internal and external, power of influencing without authority;
- Logical thinking, system understanding, and awareness of process; Team player;
- Ability to create network across Greater China and global organizations, and to deal with people from various culture and background;
- Good command of English in oral and written.
