职位描述
Responsiblility:
-Manage the business of assigned distributor and their ctm in Central China
-Regular visit to customers to push new opportunities thru day to day promotion activities and turn them into design-in and design-win to achieve yearly sales plan and sustainable growth.
-TAM/SAM analysis of assigned customers & define business development strategy, align it with product marketing teams and deploy with distributor partners to maximize ST opportunities and achieve business growth.
-Market analysis to identify new emerging applications and target customers with potential, define sales strategy and deploy in routine business development activities.
-Organize local customer product/technical seminars and support trade-shows to promote ST brand.
-Coordinate with supporting teams to solve technical, quality, delivery, price & other customer issues.
-Manage customer forecast and ensure good backlog management of direct customer and distributor partners
-Build up strong relationship with customers.
-Prepare customer visit report & weekly report.
Qualification:
- 5~10 experience in semiconductor include sales, marketing or FAE
- fluent English, good at writing English.
- Plus work experience in IoT area and technical background
