Engineer of FW and SW development

职责描述:
1.         基于ST的单片机开发电动机控制方案。应用领域包含：变频空调、洗衣机、冰箱、电动自行车、无人机、平衡车、机器人运动机构、工业驱动与伺服等各个领域。
2.         基于ST的单片机及开发的方案对客户做技术支持。
职位要求:

1. 本科以上学历 : 自动控制(电力拖动方向)，电子工程，电力电子工程及相关专业
2. 具备永磁同步电动机和异步电动机及控制理论基础
3. 有开发电动机控制方案经验(两年及以上)
4. 渴望学习新知识、新技术
5. 良好的文档能力和按照规范编写固件的能力
6. 良好的客户沟通能力及现场解决问题能力
7. 良好的团队合作精神

其它:

1. 良好的活用Office软件的能力
2. 熟练应用GIT/SVN等软件
3. 具有开发基于Windows操作系统的应用程序（GUI/串口通讯/USB通讯等）能力者优先
4. 具有应用MATLAB/Simulink开发方案经验者优先

Description:
1. Based ST MCU products to develop motor control solutions oriented to different application field: inverter air-con, inverter refrigerator, inverter W/M, E-bike motor controller, etc.
2. Customer support based solutions and products.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above : in automatic control(oriented to AC control or drive), electronics or other related majors.
2. Knowledge of Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Motor/Induction motor and control methods
3. Experience in developing solutions to control above motors (2 years or above)
4. Warm-hearted in solution development and in learning new knowledge and technology
5. Good capability to prepare development documents and coding aligning with the specification
6. Good capability to smoothly communicate with customers and trouble-shooting on site
7. Team work spirits
