职位描述
-Manage quality related issues for the customers located in North and Central China Region, mainly for Automotive customer.
-Verify and resolve the customer complaints/request/requirements through coordinating with ST different internal organizations.
-Improve the relationship with customer through best support/communication and quick response throughout problem solving, continuous monitoring on quality performance.
-Handling the customer visit/audit requests.
-Representative for the customer quality meetings.
Qualification:
- Familiar with Quality tools, Quality management system.
-Technical Knowledge on Automotive Quality System and Requirements
- Technical Knowledge on semiconductor process / Failure Analysis / Problem Solving methodology
- With the experience to work with customers.
- Team work, good Presentation and Communication skill.
- Customer oriented / proactive mindset
- Flexible for business travelling.
- Good English reading/speaking/writing
