Responsibility:

• Lean production control implement in DTM
• Standard Working time Setup and Maintenance in System
• Company VSM analysis for Production Strategy Plan Yearly
• Overall Productivity , Capacity, JIT, Analysis for Production and improvement
• Monthly Productions problems analysis and improvement
• Internal Logistic analysis and improvement
• Lean Line design , Lean workshop design , Production area layout design , Plant layout maintenance
• Investment analysis and control
• Advanced process development and Equipment
• Support R&D for New Product Development
  Qualified skills

• Bachelor degree with Industrial engineer or Trainee
• Familiar with basic Industrial engineer tools
• Strong communication skill and Execute ability
• Data analysis skills

Trainee salary is paid by daily.Bachelor degree is 150RMB/day, Master Degree is 200RMB/day
One year inthership plan is preferable, at least 3 days/week for your attendance
