Technical Marketing Section Manager

1. To define, plan and carry out the strategy necessary for maximizing sales, market shares and margins (with the Products Division).
2. To identify new opportunities in collaboration with the sales force and to propose the most appropriate technical solutions for the customers needs.
3. Power discrete business development focus on power (OBC, DC/DC, EV charger, telecom power), low voltage BLDC motor control,high voltage motor control and industrial automation application
4. Driving new demand creation by product mix with supporting from internal sales, application team,product BU and external distribution

任职要求：
- At least 5 years working experiences
- Good power discrete product knowledge(MOSFET,IGBT/IPM,Modules,rectifier)
- Technical background in power supplier,industrial and motor control application
- Strong planning and program driving
- Flexibility working with multi culture base internal and external colleague/customer
- strong self-motivated and can work under stress
- Fluent English in oral, listening and writing
