Job descriptions:
Work on DFT design: SCAN/MBIST
Develop and maintain DFT design flow
Design and verify DFX IPs.
Communicate with other team to solve DFT problems

Qualifications:

Good understanding of IC design flow.

Knowledge of DFT or verification is a plus
Be familiar with Verilog language
Be familiar with Unix and TCL, cshell , Perl scripts.
Self-motivated and good team player
